We have provided clinical treatment and support services to clients who have involvement with various branches of the local legal system

for over 10 years including:

Juvenile Court
Adult Probation Services
Montgomery County Recovery Court
Veterans Treatment Court
The Department of Children's Services
Local Attorneys
Legal entities for surrounding counties
Other states related to out-of-state legal charges and requirements pertaining to current Clarksville residents

Assistance Provided

We offer a variety of services to assist with meeting legal requirements while getting the help and support needed to improve mental health, eliminate substance abuse, and make changes to be a productive member of society including:

Alcohol & Drug (A&D) Assessments
Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
General Outpatient (GOP) small groups
Individual Counseling
Drug Screens

With client consent, we will provide an assessment completion notice and summary, notice of program admission, monthly progress updates, successful discharge notice, and other needed communication to a client's social justice provider, attorney, and other involved parties.
