Accreditation by the Joint Commission is recognized as the hallmark of an ongoing commitment to the highest standards of client care.  As a nationally accredited facility, we are required to adhere to requirements for counselor qualifications, continuous training,  and quality improvement. We regularly evaluate, update, and implement ongoing improvements to increase our standards of care. Our commitment to compliance with Joint Commission requirements allows us to improve our processes, strengthen our practices, and verifies our credibility to assure our clients are receiving support from a facility with a focus on excellence.

We are a dual-licensed by the Tennessee Department of Mental Health & Substance Abuse as both an Alcohol and Drug Non-Residential Treatment Facility as well as a Mental Health Outpatient Treatment Facility.  As a treatment facility that is dual-licensed by the state of Tennessee, our clients can feel confident that they are receiving care from a credible entity that has a multi-dimensional approach to client care.
